Return Policy

  • •Gold jewellery purchased from Shree Ganapati Jewellers can be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original condition with the invoice.
  • •The gold value will be refunded based on the gold rate on the day of return. Making charges are non-refundable.
  • •Custom-made jewellery and specially ordered items are not eligible for return.
  • •Items must be free from damage, alteration, or signs of wear for a return to be accepted.
  • •Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

  • •We offer a lifetime exchange policy on all hallmarked gold jewellery purchased from our store.
  • •Gold will be evaluated at the current market rate on the day of exchange. A small deduction (2–5%) may apply for wastage.
  • •Making charges of the old jewellery are not refundable during exchange.
  • •The new jewellery must be of equal or higher value. No cash refund for the difference.
  • •Original purchase invoice is required for exchange.

Privacy Policy

  • •Shree Ganapati Jewellers respects your privacy. We collect minimal personal information only to process your inquiries and orders.
  • •Your personal data (name, phone number, messages) shared via WhatsApp or our contact form is used solely for communication and order fulfillment.
  • •We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.
  • •Product images and prices on our website are for informational purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.
  • •We may use cookies for basic website analytics to improve your browsing experience.

Terms & Conditions

  • •All prices shown on the website are estimated prices based on the current gold rate and are subject to change.
  • •Final price will be calculated at the time of billing based on the applicable gold rate, actual weight, and making charges.
  • •Custom orders require a 50% advance payment. Orders cancelled after production begins are non-refundable.
  • •1 Tola = 11.664 grams. All weights are in grams unless otherwise specified.
  • •Shree Ganapati Jewellers reserves the right to refuse service if fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • •All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jhapa, Nepal.
  • •By using our website or purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms and conditions.
